Billing

Basic plan

10 people · AUD ex GST
Basic: 10 × $99$990
Per month$990
  • One-off onboarding: $990 (equal to one month of your plan).
  • Fair use: Day-to-day support is included for normal business use. If your needs are consistently well above a typical business of your size, we'll talk with you first. Nothing changes without your OK. Projects are always quoted first.
  • Microsoft licences billed separately at Microsoft's price.
  • Monthly: no lock-in, 30 days notice.
  • Final scope and price are confirmed in your written agreement before any work starts.

On Basic, every month, even when nothing breaks, we

  • Review risky sign-ins and email threats
  • Test that your backups actually restore
  • Apply Microsoft's monthly changes safely
  • Add new staff, remove leavers' access
  • Send you a short monthly report

IT doesn't stay safe on its own. Microsoft changes something every month, threats change every week, and people come and go.

  • Extra hours cover the same things your plan covers.
  • New staff and the odd new laptop are part of day-to-day support.
  • Setting up more than 3 devices at once is a project.
  • Systems outside your plan are quoted separately.
// straight answers

The questions people actually ask.

How fast do you respond?
Same business day, urgent issues first. Business hours, Sydney time.
What counts as day-to-day support?
Fixing things, questions, small changes, new staff and the odd new laptop, within fair use. Setting up more than 3 devices at once, migrations, new offices and new systems are projects, quoted separately before any work starts.
What does fair use mean?
Day-to-day support is included for normal business use. If your needs are consistently well above a typical business of your size, we'll talk with you first. Nothing changes without your OK. Projects are always quoted first.
What are extra support hours?
Hands-on time added to your plan every month, on top of day-to-day support. They cover the same things your plan covers. The more you add, the lower the rate: from $140/hr for 5 hours down to $125/hr for 30. They're used within the month and don't roll over.
We're on Basic. Will you still help with our laptops?
Yes, as part of day-to-day support, best effort. But on Basic devices aren't managed, patched or protected by us, so we can't guarantee them. That's what Essential adds.
Is the firewall device included?
We manage it. The hardware is billed separately. Complete covers 1 office, extra offices are $319/month each. On Basic and Essential, firewall management is an add-on at $319/month per office.
What do the Microsoft licences cost?
Billed separately at Microsoft's published price. Most teams run Business Premium, about $33 per person per month ex GST.
Is there a lock-in contract?
Monthly plans: none, 30 days notice. Yearly plans are billed upfront and include one month free.
How does onboarding work?
A one-off fee equal to one month of your plan. Complete also has a one-off $1,500 security alerts setup. Most teams are fully set up within 30 days.
We already have some of this set up. Same fee?
Yes. Existing setups get fully audited, fixed and documented before we take responsibility for them, which usually takes as long as building fresh.
Who actually does the work?
The same senior engineer every time, Sydney based. Remote Australia-wide, onsite in Sydney by arrangement.
Is there a minimum team size?
10 people for Basic and Essential, 20 for Complete. Smaller teams do better on hour packages. Over 80 people, we build a custom quote.
Who counts as a person?
Anyone with a paid Microsoft 365 licence in your tenant, employee or contractor. Guests from other companies, shared mailboxes and meeting rooms are free. Managing guest access is part of day-to-day support.
What happens when we hire more people?
Your per-person rate stays the same and the bill adjusts to your paid licence count each month. On yearly plans, new people are added pro-rata and reductions apply at renewal.
How do hour packages work?
Buy 10, 20 or 40 hours upfront at $150, $145 or $135 an hour, or pay as you go at $160/hr. Hours are valid 12 months and used in 15-minute increments, for support, projects or advice.
Can we get a refund on unused hours?
Packages are prepaid, and there are no refunds for change of mind. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law aren't affected.
