Secure desktops your team can reach from anywhere.

Give every person a full Windows desktop that runs in Microsoft's cloud, not on a laptop that can be lost or stolen. We build, secure and manage Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 so your team can sign in from any device while the data stays in Australian Azure regions by default.

Company data shouldn't live on laptops

Hybrid and remote work is great until the important files are scattered across personal devices you can't see, secure or wipe.

Desktops on every laptop

  • A lost or stolen laptop means data walks out the door
  • New starters wait days for a machine to be set up
  • Contractors need company hardware just to log in
  • Patching and security differ on every device

Desktops in the cloud

  • Data stays in Azure, so a lost device holds nothing
  • Spin up a ready-to-work desktop for a new hire same day
  • People sign in from any device, personal or company
  • One patched, hardened image everyone shares

Everything to run desktops in the cloud

From first design to day-to-day running, your virtual desktop environment is covered end to end.

AVD & Windows 365 setup

We design and build your Azure Virtual Desktop host pools or Windows 365 Cloud PCs, sized to the way your team works.

Secure access

Multi-factor authentication and Entra conditional access on every sign-in, so only the right people on trusted conditions can reach a desktop.

App delivery

Your line-of-business apps, Microsoft 365 and shared drives published into the desktop image, so people get the same tools wherever they log in.

Autoscaling

Capacity scales up for the morning rush and powers down after hours, so you pay for the compute you use instead of a room full of idle machines.

Ongoing management

We handle patching, image updates, capacity tuning and security monitoring, so the environment stays current without you thinking about it.

End-user support

When someone can't log in or an app plays up, the same Sydney-based senior engineer who runs the platform picks it up, same business day.

What do virtual desktops cost?

Setting up virtual desktops is a one-off project, quoted at a fixed price or run on prepaid hour packages, from $1,500 for 10 hours. Once they're live, day-to-day support can sit inside a Managed IT plan, from $99 per person per month.

  • Windows 365 licences and Azure compute billed separately
  • Exact quote after a short discovery call
  • Month-to-month plans, no lock-in, 30 days' notice

Virtual Desktops FAQs

What is a virtual desktop, and what's VDI?
A virtual desktop is a full Windows desktop that runs in the cloud instead of on the physical computer in front of you. You connect to it over the internet and it looks and works like a normal PC. VDI (virtual desktop infrastructure) is the technology that hosts those desktops centrally. With Microsoft, that's Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365.
Can our team use their own devices (BYOD)?
Yes, and it's one of the biggest wins. People can reach their work desktop from a personal laptop, a home PC, an iPad or a thin client, because the desktop and all its data stay in Azure. Nothing sensitive is stored on the personal device, and every sign-in still passes through MFA and conditional access, so BYOD doesn't mean giving up control.
Will performance be as good as a real PC?
For everyday work (Microsoft 365, browsers, line-of-business apps and video calls), a properly sized virtual desktop feels much like a local PC, and we host in the Azure Australia East (Sydney) region to keep latency low for Australian users. For heavier work like CAD or design, we can assign GPU-backed desktops. We size the environment to your actual workloads rather than guessing.
How does licensing work?
Windows 365 is a fixed per-user, per-month licence, which makes it simple to budget. Azure Virtual Desktop is licensed through eligible Microsoft 365 plans, and you pay for the underlying Azure compute you use. We help you work out which is cheaper for your team and handle the licensing setup either way. Our management fee sits on top of the Microsoft licences.
What happens to our desktops if the internet drops?
A virtual desktop needs a connection to reach it, so a solid internet link matters. The upside is resilience: because the desktop lives in Azure, a dropout on one device doesn't lose any work. Reconnect from the same or another device and you pick up exactly where you left off. We can also advise on failover connections for sites that need to stay online.
