Microsoft 365 is looked after on our Managed IT plans, from $99 per person per month for teams of 10 or more. Azure work outside your plan is quoted before it starts, or runs on prepaid hour packages.

Managed Cloud FAQs

What are managed cloud services?

Managed cloud services mean we take over the day-to-day running of your cloud environment for a set monthly fee. That covers monitoring and alerting, patching and updates, performance tuning, security and compliance, backup, and cost management. You keep ownership of your accounts; we keep everything healthy, secure and on-budget.

Which cloud platforms do you support?

Microsoft 365, Azure and Google Workspace. Our managed plans are built on Microsoft 365 and priced per Microsoft licence, and we manage Azure alongside them. Google Workspace teams can get support through our hour packages, or we can help you move to Microsoft 365. We'll work with the setup you already have rather than pushing a rebuild you don't need, and we can migrate you off on-premises servers too.

How much do managed cloud services cost?

Our Managed IT plans start at $99 per person per month, ex GST, for teams of 10 or more, and cover Microsoft 365 day to day. Microsoft licences are billed at Microsoft's published price through Cloudaid, shown separately from the plan. Azure usage isn't part of the plan either, and Azure work outside your plan is quoted before it starts. Monthly plans have no lock-in, just 30 days' notice.

Will you help bring down our cloud bill?

Yes. Cost management is included in every plan. We review your spend monthly, right-size resources, flag idle instances and reservations, and report in plain English on where the money goes. For a deeper one-off review, our cloud cost optimisation service goes further.

Is our data kept in Australia?

Where you need it to be. Azure runs Australian regions, including Australia East in Sydney and Australia Southeast in Melbourne, and we can host and back up your workloads in-country for data-residency and compliance requirements. We'll confirm the right region setup with you during onboarding.
